Leading Creative Talent Workshop

7 – 8 October, Birmingham

A Skillset approved two day workshop for leading talented teams in the broadcasting and media sector running in Birmingham on the 7th & 8th October 2010..

In a nutshell…

In broadcasting, it's your people who make the significant difference. Without giving your talent the direction they need and the freedom to do it with the skills you have developed, you could be wasting your most valuable asset. This two day workshop clarifies the role of a leader, what people want from their leader and how to get the best out of your people – even when tempers get a bit frayed. This workshop has been specifically designed for leaders and managers in broadcasting and production and is taken by industry professionals.
