2 Days Later 48 Hour Horror Shorts Competition 2005 - winners
The winners of the 2 Days Later 48 Hour Horror Shorts Competition 2005 were announced at a Hallowe'en Extravaganza at the Community Pharmacy Gallery, Margate, Kent, on Saturday 29 th November. Organised by Beeping Bush Productions and Close-up Film, the gallery was once again packed to capacity.
The winners were:
Best Film: Tales of Terror - dir. Michael Stokes
Best Screenplay: Daffodil - dir. Jonathan Wright
Best Cinematography: The Visiting - dir. Brad Cameron
Best Sound: The Splitting - dir. Tim Long
Best Student Film: The Visiting - dir. Brad Cameron
Most Popular: Dinnertime - dir. Kieron Stone
Special Merit: Bite Night - dir. Jeremy M Borel
Financial assistance from Screen South will allow for a compilation DVD of the best of this and the past two years films to be compiled and distributed.
Special thanks to Kent Screen for donation of two places on their filmmaking workshops as a prize.
